Tax, Gratuity, and Fees

Sales Tax: A 7.5% tax applies to all food, non-alcoholic beverages, and merchandise. A 7.95% tax applies to all alcoholic beverages.
Operating Fee: A 2% fee is added to all transactions for card processing.
Gratuity: An 18% gratuity is automatically added to parties of 5 or more.
